Extra-virgin olive oil
We produce extra-virgin olive oil from our olive grove, using sustainable methods. Olives are handpicked and cold-pressed on harvest day for freshness and quality.
The result is a balanced, fruity oil with a mild, spicy finish — perfect for salads, pasta, grilled vegetables, or dipping.
Natural cosmetics
We now make small-batch cosmetics using our own olive oil, our beeswax, and herbs and flowers from the garden.
