Frequently Asked Questions
FAQ
What is your cancellation and payment policy?
In order to secure your reservation we ask you to pay the full amount up-front. When the booking has been confirmed we cannot accept cancellations but please get in touch with us to discuss the situation. We might be able to shift your booking to another moment that suits you better. We strongly advise you to get an cancellation-insurance just in case something unforeseen happens.
Is there a minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 2 nights in low season (April, May, October), and 3 nights in medium and high season (June, July, and August)
Are children and pets allowed?
We welcome families with children aged 10 and up.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate younger children. While our own kids live here at the farmhouse with us, we aim to keep the guest spaces calm and allergy-friendly.
For that reason, pets are not allowed in the rooms.
Are the rooms suitable for people with mobility issues?
Please note that the B&B is located on the first floor and is accessed via an external staircase, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
Yes, we are happy to accommodate dietary needs or allergies — just let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
Can we have dinner at the agriturismo?
We occasionally host al fresco group dinners at sunset. We can also prepare a simple, tailored meal for you — for example, a homemade pasta dinner or an aperitivo-style evening with homegrown salads, bread, and a charcuterie platter. Please let us know at least a day in advance if you’d like to join or request a meal.
Can we use a fridge and cook ourselves?
In the guest area, there’s a fridge with drinks available to buy as self-service. We don’t have a kitchen or guest fridge for personal use. Our digital guide lists our favourite nearby restaurants, and we’re happy to help with recommendations or reservations.
Do I need a car to get to the agriturismo, and to get around?
Yes, in the countryside a car is the easiest way to get around, as public transport is limited.
Unless you are an experienced cyclist with a good e-bike (and ready for some steep hills!), we recommend having a car.
We plan to offer e-bike rentals and an electric car charger in the future, but they are not available just yet.
Can I charge my electric car on-site?
Yes, we have an EV-charger to charge your electric car at the parking of our Agriturismo.
What are the best things to do nearby?
There is a lot to explore! Weare just 10 minutes from the beach and less than an hour from the Apennine mountains — perfect for hiking or biking. Monte Conero is also worth a visit!
You willl also find beautiful medieval towns like Loreto, Recanati, Macerata and Ossimo nearby, along with excellent restaurants and local food experiences.
In the summer, there are plenty of cultural events and festivals in the area—we are happy to keep you updated and help with bookings during your stay.
Can I buy your olive oil, honey or natural cosmetics during my stay?
Yes, we would be happy to! Our olive oil, honey, and natural cosmetics are all available for purchase.
We also have sustainable gift packaging, making them perfect as thoughtful gifts or special souvenirs to remember your Italian holiday.
How can I support your sustainable efforts as a guest?
Simply by being here, you are already supporting our work — thank you! You can help even more by using water and energy mindfully, recycling where possible, and avoiding single-use items.
We also invite you to enjoy what the land offers—like our garden teas, homemade food, and refillable water—while leaving a light footprint during your stay.
