Salumi Experience Weekends

Our Salumi Experience weekends are winter weekends dedicated to traditional Italian salumi making.
In small groups, we spend a few full days learning classic techniques alongside local producers — taking the time to understand where food comes from and how it’s made.

Over the weekend, we visit a local pig farm and salumi maker, and work with a local butcher. We prepare different types of salumi, make fresh pasta, and visit a local olive oil frantoio to taste local olive oils.
The days are active and hands-on, with evenings reserved for cooking, grilling sausages over the outdoor fire, sharing meals, and enjoying the quiet of the countryside.

Looking ahead

We are already thinking ahead to January 2027, when we hope to host new Salumi Experience weekends. Dates will be announced later in the year.

Seasonal moments for our guests

During the summer months, we also like to organise small, informal pasta-making workshops for our B&B guests. These are relaxed, hands-on moments — making fresh pasta together, followed by a shared meal — depending on the season and the rhythm here at the Agriturismo.
