Our farm
A working organic farm
We produce extra virgin olive oil from our certified organic grove, honey from our own hives and handmade natural skincare.
Extra virgin olive oil
Our grove of about one hectare has 180 trees of six local varieties, overlooking the hills and church of Potenza Picena. We pick by hand in October and take the olives to a mill in a nearby village each evening, where they are cold-pressed that night.
Back at the farm we filter the oil, then bottle and label it ourselves.
Natural skincare
We make lip balms and a calendula skin cream from our own olive oil, beeswax from our hives, and herbs and flowers from the garden. Each batch is small and made by hand, from melting the wax to labelling the tins.
Natural, cruelty-free ingredients only.
Honey
Raw millefiori honey from our own hives. The bees forage on the wildflowers, the olive trees and the garden around them.
Nothing is added and nothing is heated. It is also the honey on our breakfast table.
