In 2025, we are opening our B&B! Our typical Italian farmhouse has four bright, spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Every room offers a stunning view — either the morning sun lighting up Potenza Picena and its church, or sunsets over the rolling hills of Recanati. You will find plenty of indoor and outdoor spots to unwind and make the most of your holiday!
Almost ready to welcome you
We are nearly finished with our room renovations. The bedrooms and bathrooms now have eco-friendly resin floors, brand-new fixtures, and a fresh coat of paint. Each room is furnished with quality pieces, including custom furniture made by our neighbour, a skilled woodworker. Natural materials like cotton and linen add a cosy, comfortable feel, while original artwork and vintage details bring extra character to each space. We cannot wait to welcome you when we open!

Take a stroll through our olive grove, explore the fruit orchard, or wander around the vegetable, herb, and flower gardens. About us
Ciao! We are Tom and Annemarie. We moved from the Netherlands to Italy in 2020, and our two sons, Sam and Timo, were born here. Together, we love the Italian countryside lifestyle and are passionate about sustainable living and farming. We enjoy growing and cooking delicious, organic food. Every day, we put our energy into making our Agriturismo a bit more eco-friendly and beautiful. We cannot wait to share our olive oil with you and welcome you here as our guest.
