Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ

Is there a minimum stay and is there a discount if we stay 6 nights or more?

The minimum stay is 2 nights during our Medium season (15 April–31 July and 1 September–5 October) and 3 nights during High season (August).

For longer stays, we offer a 10% discount on the room rate for stays of 6 nights or more.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: from 15:00 to 19:00
Check-out: by 10:30

We kindly ask guests to let us know their expected arrival time in advance, so we can welcome you personally.

If you expect to arrive later than 19:00, please inform us beforehand — we’ll always try to find a solution.

What is the difference between the four rooms?

Mignola and Leccino are the most spacious rooms. They feature tall wooden ceilings, generous light, and face the morning sun, with open views towards Potenza Picena. These rooms are set up as doubles and are ideal for couples looking for a bit more space and atmosphere.

Raggia and Ascolana are also spacious, but slightly more compact, making them a more accessible option. They enjoy sunset views over the hills of Recanati and can be booked as single or double rooms, making them a great fit for couples, friends, or travelling companions.

All rooms offer the same level of comfort, calm and attention to detail — the main differences are size, orientation and view.

👉 You can explore the four rooms above and click on each one to see photos, layouts and full details.

Are children and pets allowed?

We welcome families with children aged 10 and up.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate younger children. While our own kids live here at the farmhouse with us, we aim to keep the guest spaces calm and allergy-friendly.

For that reason, pets are not allowed in the rooms.

Are the rooms suitable for people with mobility issues?

Please note that the B&B is located on the first floor and is accessed via an external staircase, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Is there a pool at the Agriturismo?

No, we don’t have a swimming pool — a deliberate choice we made for environmental reasons.

That said, the sea is only a 10-minute drive away, with several beautiful beaches nearby. Back at the agriturismo, you’ll find multiple relaxing seating areas in the garden and on the terrace, perfect for unwinding in the shade.

All rooms are also naturally cool and equipped with air conditioning, and of course with private showers — ideal for cooling off after a warm summer day.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?

Yes, we are happy to accommodate dietary needs or allergies — just let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

Can we have dinner at the agriturismo?

We occasionally host al fresco group dinners at sunset. We can also prepare a simple, tailored meal for you — for example, a homemade pasta dinner or an aperitivo-style evening with homegrown salads, bread, and a charcuterie platter. Please let us know at least a day in advance if you’d like to join or request a meal.

Can we use a fridge and cook ourselves?

In the shared guest area, you will find a fridge with drinks available on a self-service basis, plus a separate fridge that you are welcome to use for their own drinks, snacks, or simple food.

We do not have cooking facilities, and it is not possible to bring your own cooking equipment. This helps us keep the space safe, calm, and comfortable for everyone.

For proper meals, we are always happy to recommend our favourite local restaurants and help with reservations. We also host regular dinner nights here at the Agriturismo, which you are very welcome to join.

Do I need a car to get to the agriturismo, and to get around?

Yes, in the countryside a car is the easiest way to get around, as public transport is limited.

Unless you are an experienced cyclist with a good e-bike (and ready for some steep hills!), we recommend having a car.

We plan to offer e-bike rentals and an electric car charger in the future, but they are not available just yet.

Can I charge my electric car on-site?

Yes, we have an EV-charger to charge your electric car at the parking of our Agriturismo.

What are the best things to do nearby?

There is a lot to explore! Weare just 10 minutes from the beach and less than an hour from the Apennine mountains — perfect for hiking or biking. Monte Conero is also worth a visit!

You willl also find beautiful medieval towns like Loreto, Recanati, Macerata and Ossimo nearby, along with excellent restaurants and local food experiences.

In the summer, there are plenty of cultural events and festivals in the area—we are happy to keep you updated and help with bookings during your stay.

Can I buy your olive oil, honey or natural skincare during my stay?

Yes, we would be happy to! Our olive oil, honey, and natural cosmetics are all available for purchase.

We also have sustainable gift packaging, making them perfect as thoughtful gifts or special souvenirs to remember your Italian holiday.

How can I support your sustainable efforts as a guest?

Simply by being here, you are already supporting our work — thank you! You can help even more by using water and energy mindfully, recycling where possible, and avoiding single-use items.

We also invite you to enjoy what the land offers—like our garden teas, homemade food, and refillable water—while leaving a light footprint during your stay.
