Olive oil
Extra virgin olive oil from our certified organic grove in Le Marche.
The grove
The grove faces the hills and church of Potenza Picena. We prune in late winter, the trees flower in May, and the olives fill out over the summer.
It has been certified organic since 2025. Once a year the trees get compost at their base. Prunings are chipped and spread underneath to keep the soil healthy, and organic traps catch the olive fruit fly.
From olives to oil
The harvest takes about two weeks. Electric shakers drop the olives onto nets under each tree.
At the end of each day the crates go to a mill in a nearby village, where the olives are cold-pressed that night. The next day the oil comes back to the farm. We filter it for clarity and a longer shelf life, then fill and label every bottle by hand.
Four sizes
Fruity and slightly peppery. The new 2026 harvest is available to pre-order and ships from 1 November.
