About our olive oil
Our extra-virgin olive oil is freshly harvested and pressed in November 2024, using six local olive varieties for a balanced green color, fruity aroma, and mildly spicy finish. Hand-harvested and cold-pressed the same day, it stays at its best until November 2026 when stored in a cool, dry place. Choose from 250 ml and 500 ml bottles for everyday use or gifting, or larger 3 L and 5 L bag-in-box formats for regular use.
